Can I take Loaded Sponges in my cabin bag?
Yes. Because the sponge is pre-loaded and sealed in its case, it's not classed as a liquid, so it doesn't count against the 100ml limit. Hundreds of customers have flown with them.
How many showers does one sponge give me?
Between 15 and 20, depending on how heavy-handed you are with it. The 6-pack covers a fortnight comfortably even with daily use.
How long does one sponge last in my wash bag?
As long as the case stays sealed it'll last for months. Once you open it, just keep it back in its case between showers and it'll stay fresh for several weeks.
What's in the soap?
Our soap is crystal-clear and SLS-free, with a high glycerine content for a moisturising feel. It's vegetable-based, vegan, and contains no animal products. Our dyes are natural and non-bleed.
Are the sponges reusable?
The sponge itself is single-use over its lifetime (15-20 showers). The case is fully reusable - keep it for your next batch.
Can I order custom scents?
Yes! Drop us a line at hello@loadedsponges.co.uk with the fragrance you'd like and we'll let you know if we can match it. We already stock some scents you can't find elsewhere in the UK.
I have sensitive skin / allergies. Are Loaded Sponges suitable?
Our soap is SLS-free, vegan and uses non-bleed dyes, but everyone's skin is different. We recommend a patch test on a small area first if you have sensitivities. If irritation occurs, stop using and rinse with water.
How is shipping calculated?
UK delivery is FREE on every order, via Evri Signed for Delivery. No minimum spend. A free reusable travel case is included with every order, no matter how many sponges you buy.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes - we offer premium gift wrapping for £1.95 per sponge. Just tick the "Add gift wrapping" option on the order page. Perfect for birthdays, hen-do gifts, and stocking fillers.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
Most orders are loaded and posted within 2 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship outside the UK?

What if my order is damaged or doesn't arrive?
Email us straight away at hello@loadedsponges.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, the same payment platform used by Amazon, Shopify and millions of online shops. We never see or store your card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too on supported devices.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. Checkout is fast and account-free. You'll just get an order confirmation and tracking by email.
