UK delivery rates

Where we ship

We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man). If you're outside the UK and you'd like to order, drop us an email at hello@loadedsponges.co.uk and we'll see what we can do.

How fast we dispatch

Because every sponge is loaded by hand, we dispatch most orders within 2 working days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday or Tuesday.

Once your order is in the post, you'll get a Evri tracking link by email from Stripe.

If your order is delayed

Evri is reliable but the odd parcel can stall. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email hello@loadedsponges.co.uk with your order number and we'll open an investigation. You're entitled to a full refund or replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

Wrong address?

If you spot a mistake in your delivery address after checking out, email us as quickly as possible. As long as your order hasn't shipped, we'll update the address. Once it's in the post we can't change it.

Cabin bag friendly

Because Loaded Sponges are sealed and pre-loaded, they're not classed as a liquid for cabin-baggage purposes - they sail through airport security without taking up your liquids allowance. They've travelled to Crete, Tenerife, Dubai, Benidorm and beyond.
